Shipping

Basic Rights processes orders based on the time they are received. Orders are processed from the UK within 1-2 business/working days upon receiving the order and according to their availability. 

Please Note: During our sale period please allow an extra 1-2 working days for your order to be shipped.


International deliveries will be shipped with DHL or a local courier depending which service is selected. 

Note: In the event that the parcel is refused and returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered as we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after it leaves our facilities. Basic Rights cannot alter any deliveries once the label has been created.

 

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days. Please note, return numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Returns are at the customers discretion and Basic Rights accepts no responsibility until we are in receipt of the return.

Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, although we will reimburse this cost via a gift card for you to use on your next purchase with us. 

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to fully process. You will be notified once this is complete.

Items should be returned new and unused.

 

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.

 

Gift returns

To arrange a gift return, please email customer@basicrights.com and we will assist you further.

 

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.

 

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of BASIC RIGHTS and may only be refunded as a store credit.

 

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on BASIC RIGHTS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All returns should be requested before you send your purchase back to BASIC RIGHTS. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.
